Have you ever heard of this nursery rhyme?
Monday's child is fair of face.
Tuesday's child is full of grace.
Wednesday's child is full of woe.
Thursday's child has far to go.
Friday's child is loving and giving.
Saturday's child works hard for a living,
But the child born on Sabbath day is fair and wise and good and gay.
My boys are as follows:
Liam(5) was born on a Friday and is certainly loving and giving. He is very affectionate with his words and his actions. He commonly looks through his toys or drawings to see what he can give a friend or loved one.
Garrett(3) was born on a Wednesday, and is he ever full of woe! When he is wronged in some way, such as being accidentally pushed, look out! He's going to come up swinging and screaming. (Now, don't get me wrong, he does know how to be happy. When he is happy, we're all happy. But when he's upset, look out!)
Jack(3) was born on a Thursday, but I'm not certain what "far to go" is supposed to mean. Perhaps "far to go" represents his on-again, off-again adoption story and how far he had to go before joining our family.
I find it funny how closely this rhyme suits at least 2 of my 3 kids. How about yours??? (If you can't remember what days of the week your children were born, shame on you! I kid. But if your memory is failing you, as mine often does, use this calendar to help you.)

My kiddos do not fit . . . Dude on Tuesday and K on Sunday. Dude is loving and giving and sweet . . . Keira is as well, but like your little Garrett, she's full of it ;-)
Never heard that before. Ben was born on a Monday, so does that mean that he is pale, or good looking??? I'm going with the second one, HA!
